The construction of the new hospital in Trebinje is progressing according to schedule, and it is planned to be completed by the middle of September or in October, said the Director of the Trebinje Hospital, Nedeljko Lambeta.

He stated that, as part of the external works, the installation of the facade is nearing completion on the entire building, which will be completed in 15 to 30 days, depending on the weather conditions.

Lambetta said that interior work on the radiology department is nearing completion and should be completed by the end of March or early April.

He stated that the works in the operating theaters, as well as in the intensive and semi-intensive care departments, are progressing according to the predicted dynamics.

“It is planned that the complete construction works will be completed by the end of May, and that asphalting around the facility will begin in June or July. The installation of equipment should begin from the end of May. The dynamic plan submitted to the relevant ministry foresees that the hospital will be completed by mid-September or in October,” Lambeta stated.
