Responsibilities:

• Implementation of recruitment and selection in accordance with the plan and needs of the organization
• Organization and monitoring of the process of introduction of new employees (onboarding)
• Creation of training programs and monitoring of employee development
• Mediation between employees in case of misunderstandings in conflict situations
• Implementation of the employee performance monitoring process
• Creation of HR policies and procedures and their implementation
• Creation of HR reports on a monthly basis
• Monitoring employee satisfaction and implementation of activities to improve them

Conditions:

• Higher vocational education of social orientation
• Experience in the same or similar positions is desirable
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Working on a computer in the Office suite
